I think Hillary Clinton would have been about a thousand times better — for Americans of all parties — than the guy who beat her out for the presidency. And even if you don't agree, you might be willing to admit she's a World Champ when it comes to testifying before Congressional committees. When she testified for seven hours before one of them about Benghazi, she effectively destroyed it as an issue that Republicans could use against her and other Democrats.
She testified today before James Comer's committee about the Epstein matter and here's her opening statement. When Comer refused to let the Clintons testify in open court and insisted on a closed-door hearing, it was precisely to avoid letting her deliver rhetoric like this on the news.
Her husband testifies tomorrow and they're saying he'll admit to hitching a few rides on Epstein's plane but will insist he never knew about or participated in illegal activities. Since he can't have any idea what in those notorious files might prove otherwise — and since he knows the Republicans are dying to charge him with perjury — I would expect honest testimony. If he delivers anything else, they can probably stop him in his tracks. So this oughta be interesting.
